Today i just wished i hadnt have burned my end of the bridge but then it wouldnt matter coz she has burnt hers. I need her more than ever today and she isnt there but thats through both of our faults not hers or mine but both! :( I just want a hug and the strength that i learnt from her because today i cant find that strength and I am trying my hardest to cope for my familys sake.

Well, this programme is of a man named Ben that started videoing his life of being a Heroin addict before he died. Watching this brings back so many memories, Ben looks exactly the same, acts the same and talks the same. I laugh at it because its so similar and then i cry coz i imagine him doing it! Like when Ben started eating his dinner and he could never finish it and would end up falling...
